Pressure Washing / Central Florida

A cleaner start for the outside of your property.

Cleaning suited to the material, not the same pressure on every surface.

A plan for your property

Start with what’s already there.

Refresh a driveway, patio or walkway, clean the pool deck, or prepare exterior walls for painting. We review the surface and its existing finish before choosing pressure washing, lower-pressure cleaning or another suitable preparation method. Nearby plants, openings, electrical fixtures and runoff are considered in the work plan.

A good fit for

  • Driveways, patios and walkways
  • House washing and exterior-wall cleaning
  • Pool-deck cleaning and preparation for new coatings

Clear before work starts

What your scope can include.

Confirm the surfaces, preparation, selections and responsibilities in writing. Additional work is agreed before it proceeds.

  • Surface, staining and existing-finish review
  • Water access, drainage and work-zone planning
  • Cleaning method selected for the included material
  • Protection of nearby openings, fixtures and landscaping
  • Rinsing, cleanup and a review of remaining conditions

Good questions

Before you begin.

Do you pressure wash every material the same way?

No. Stucco, painted surfaces, wood and concrete can call for different pressure, products and handling. The existing finish is reviewed before the method is chosen.

Can cleaning be a standalone job?

Yes. It can also be part of painting, staining or coating preparation when included in the project scope.

Will every stain disappear?

Not necessarily. Deep staining, damaged coatings and changes within the material may remain after cleaning. We discuss those limits rather than promise a new surface.
