Information submitted
The estimate form may collect your name, email, phone, project city and ZIP code, property type, service interest, timing, priorities, contact preference, project description, and selected condition and access details. It also records limited first-visit attribution: source platform, campaign or post code supplied in the link, landing-page path, and a referrer URL with its query and fragment removed. Do not submit payment details, account passwords, government identifiers, medical information, or private documents.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to the inquiry, understand which business post or source led to the inquiry, identify a useful next conversation, communicate about a potential project, prevent form abuse, and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold through this website.
Visualizer photos on your device
Paint, flooring and epoxy editing happens in your browser. Choosing Request this look temporarily saves the original and labeled concept on this device to carry them into Contact. The draft expires after two hours and is removed when the tool or handoff next checks it, or after a successful inquiry. Clear saved concept on a tool page removes it sooner. Closing the browser alone may not remove stored drafts. No photo is sent to Superior until you submit the inquiry. If local storage is unavailable, download the concept and attach it yourself.
Image handling
When optional photo sharing is available, you may select up to six JPEG, PNG or WebP project photos. Photos upload only when you send your inquiry. They are resized and re-encoded without embedded metadata, stored outside the public website and shared privately with Superior for project review—not added to the public portfolio. Submitted photos expire within 90 days; unsubmitted uploads expire within 24 hours. Please exclude people, private documents and sensitive information. If photo sharing is unavailable, the text estimate form remains usable and Superior can arrange a separate method.
Form security and retention
The form uses session-based request validation, same-site checks, timing checks, a hidden abuse field, request-size and input limits, and basic rate controls. First-visit attribution is kept in session storage only long enough to carry it to the project form. No website can promise absolute security. Inquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, legal, tax, security, or business-record purposes.
Saved inspiration
Saved projects are stored as public project IDs on your device, without an account. You can remove them on the Saved Inspiration page. When you choose to attach projects to an estimate, their titles and links are included with your inquiry. Saving ideas does not enable analytics.
Optional website statistics
Statistics are off unless you allow them through Privacy choices. Opted-in measurements count project views, gallery interactions, call-link clicks, estimate activity, and page performance. We do not collect inquiry content, search terms, visitor profiles, or full referrer URLs for these reports. Daily event totals and non-identifying performance samples are kept outside the public website and expire after 90 days. Short-lived abuse-control keys are separate from reporting. You can withdraw permission using Privacy choices; unsent measurements are cleared. Hosting security logs and the information needed to deliver your inquiry operate independently.
Optional Meta marketing tracking
Meta Pixel is separate from website statistics and is off unless you allow marketing tracking in Privacy choices. When enabled on eligible public pages, Meta can receive page views, public project or service views, telephone-link clicks and successfully accepted estimate events, together with browser, device, cookie, IP address and page information. Meta may associate events with its accounts and use them to measure advertising. Call clicks are not completed calls; accepted inquiries are not booked work. We do not send your inquiry answers, contact details, search terms, photographs or special-pricing selections. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event collection are not enabled. Private pages and restricted URL states are excluded.
You can withdraw marketing permission in Privacy choices. Further event transmission stops and accessible first-party Meta cookies are expired. This does not erase information already received by Meta. Your estimate does not require marketing consent. See Meta’s privacy policy for its use of information.
Third parties
Website hosting, email, security, or analytics providers may process limited technical information to operate the site. Analytics should not receive free-text inquiry content, addresses, or personal contact details.
