A plan for your property

Start with what’s already there.

Renew the concrete around a residential pool or shared community amenity. We address deteriorated coatings and visible surface repairs, then plan skim coating, knockdown texture or an appropriate finish system for the existing deck. Borders, steps, patio connections and pool-edge details are included only as defined in the scope.

A good fit for

  • Residential and community concrete pool decks
  • Skim coating, knockdown texture and finish renewal
  • Connected patios, steps and coated pool-border details

Clear before work starts

Good questions

Before you begin.

Do you do skim coating and knockdown around pool decks?

Yes. They can be included when appropriate for the existing concrete and selected finish system. The repair boundary, preparation and texture are discussed before work.

Is pool-deck resurfacing the same as restoring the pool interior?

No. The deck is the surrounding walking surface. The pool interior has a separate restoration scope and water-handling sequence.

Can a finish eliminate all slipping or future cracks?

No finish eliminates those risks. Texture, drainage, use, maintenance and concrete movement matter; product selection and care guidance are specific to the project.
