Flooring Installation & Removal / Central Florida
Flooring installation, tile removal and connected finish work. Start with the material, substrate, transitions and the way you use the room.

Choose your scope
Compare luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile or wood against substrate condition, material requirements and room use.
Clarify disposal, adhesive removal, access and dust protection. Removal does not automatically leave an installation-ready substrate.
Plan door clearances, room transitions and perimeter trim along with the floor direction and layout.
List the rooms and connecting spaces, then consider floor direction, thresholds, stairs and transitions to floors that remain. Check whether new material height affects doors, appliances and trim. Identify who supplies the flooring and who handles delivery.
Removal, disposal and substrate preparation need their own scope. A clean-looking exposed floor may still require preparation under the chosen material instructions. Share any moisture history before selecting a finish system.

A plan for your property
Replace a worn floor, remove old materials for a renovation or carry one finish through connected rooms. We install luxury vinyl plank, tile, laminate and hardwood where suited to the space. Removal, visible subfloor preparation, transitions, door clearances and baseboards are addressed together so the new floor fits the room around it.
Confirm inclusions, exclusions and any specialist responsibilities in the written proposal.

Good questions
Material responsibility can be assigned in the proposal. Product quantity, delivery, damage, warranty, and missing-material risks should be clear before scheduling.
Concealed conditions are documented and discussed before additional work proceeds. Changes outside the approved scope require written authorization.
Yes, when included. Sequencing the floor, trim, wall repair, and painting together can reduce duplicated protection and touchup work.
