Decorative Trim & Built-Ins / Central Florida

The details that make a room feel considered.

Trim and built-in features designed around the proportions and use of your room.

A plan for your property

Start with what’s already there.

An accent wall, decorative beams, crown molding or built-in shelving can change the character of a room without an entire remodel. We plan proportions, profiles and finishes for wainscoting, baseboards, casing and room-specific features, then fit the work to the actual walls and openings. Painting or staining can be included for a connected finish.

A good fit for

  • Accent walls, decorative beams and wainscoting
  • Crown molding, baseboards and door or window casing
  • Built-in shelving and room-specific storage features

Clear before work starts

Good questions

Before you begin.

Can new trim match what is already there?

We compare the existing profile, dimensions and finish with available materials. Any differences or custom work are discussed before installation.

Can you include the painting?

Yes. Installation, joint preparation, caulking, primer and finish coats can be coordinated in one written scope.

Can you work from an inspiration photo?

An inspiration photo is useful for discussing proportions and style. We still measure your room and confirm the layout, materials and finish for the actual space.
