Room repaint

Interior Painting / Central Florida
Thoughtful interior painting for walls, ceilings, doors and trim—planned around your home and your routine.

Choose your scope
Choose the rooms, colors and sheen. Identify patching, wallpaper and occupied-space protection before comparing painting estimates.
Specify both sides of doors, frames, baseboards and railings separately. Detailed surfaces have different preparation and access needs from open walls.
Plan room order, furniture movement and drying between stages. A whole-house interior quote should distinguish ceilings, closets and trim from walls.
Compare a physical sample in the actual room before approving a whole-room color. Look at it beside the flooring, cabinets and trim in daylight and with your usual lamps. Include ceiling and trim colors in the decision so adjoining surfaces feel intentional.
Tell us which rooms must remain usable, what furniture stays and whether closets or door interiors are included. A room-by-room list makes estimates easier to compare than a single whole-house description.

A plan for your property
A bedroom refresh, a stairwell, the doors and trim, or a whole interior: the details change, but the goal is the same. We bring walls, ceilings and woodwork together with careful preparation and a finish chosen for how you use the space. Wallpaper removal and surface repairs can be included before repainting.
Confirm inclusions, exclusions and any specialist responsibilities in the written proposal.

Good questions
Not always. The project visit identifies what should be removed, what can be moved to the center, and what protection is needed.
Room dimensions are only part of the estimate. Ceiling height, access, surface repairs, color changes and the number of doors and trim details also matter. Specify whether ceilings, closets and woodwork are included so proposals can be compared on the same scope.
Yes, when included in the written scope. Each surface gets its own preparation and finish selection. Doors, baseboards and handrails are counted separately rather than assumed to be included in a walls-only estimate.
We discuss room access, furniture, daily use and the order of work before scheduling. Tell us which rooms must stay usable and whether you work from home. The proposal should identify protection, access restrictions and the agreed sequence.
Minor repairs can be included when identified in the written scope. Larger damage, moisture issues, or replacement work is priced and scheduled separately.
Colors, sheen, and product selections are documented before materials are purchased. Sample areas can be discussed when color confidence is important.
