Can I replace the top and keep the cabinets?
Often that is the goal. The existing cabinets must be reviewed for support, level and condition before measurements and material commitments are finalized.
Can we discuss granite or quartz?
Yes. We review the desired material, edge and use, then identify supply, templating and fabrication responsibilities in the proposal.
Are sinks and plumbing included?
The proposal states what is included and who handles disconnection, reconnection and any required trade work. They are not assumed from the countertop price alone.
