Stucco Finishing / Central Florida
Get the wall right before the color goes on.
Stucco repairs and texture treated as part of the whole exterior finish.
A plan for your property
Start with what’s already there.
Patch damaged stucco, address minor surface cracks or refine the texture before repainting. We look at the repair area and surrounding finish together, then define preparation, patching, skim or texture work and paint coordination. Active water entry, widespread failure and structural movement are separated from cosmetic finishing.
A good fit for
- Stucco patching and minor non-structural crack repairs
- Texture blending and agreed finish changes
- Exterior repainting that needs more than a fresh coat
Clear before work starts
What your scope can include.
Confirm the surfaces, preparation, selections and responsibilities in writing. Additional work is agreed before it proceeds.
- Visible condition and surrounding-texture review
- Loose-material removal and preparation where included
- Patch, skim or texture work defined by the existing surface
- Drying and primer coordination
- Review of repair transitions before final painting

Before you begin.
Can every stucco crack simply be covered?
No. Minor non-structural cracks may fit a finishing scope. Movement, water intrusion or widespread failure needs separate evaluation before cosmetic work.
Will the texture match exactly?
Existing application, weathering, lighting and paint buildup affect the transition. We discuss a patch, broader blend or finish change based on the property.
Can repairs and painting be one project?
Yes. Repair limits, drying, primer and coating responsibilities can be written together so the sequence is clear.
